Who are we:
CALDA is a professional association representing the Flight Dispatchers of seven (7) airlines in Canada. This list includes Air Canada, Jazz Airlines, CDN North, Air Transat, Sunwing Airlines, WestJet & PAL. Airlines
What we do:
As Transport Canada certified Flight Dispatchers, our primary responsibility is to ensure that airline flight operations are conducted to standards that meet or exceed government regulations. Priority is always given to safety above all else.
Mission Statement:
To foster the professional and labor interests of Canadian Flight Dispatchers, while supporting our members in providing a safe operational control environment.
Dispatch Career:
If you are interested in pursuing this rewarding career, there are excellent opportunities for certified Flight Dispatchers. The last few years has seen significant change in the airline industry and certified Dispatchers are in demand. Please see the Dispatch Schools page for more information.
